Fall is just around the corner, and Berkeley Playhouse has expanded its youth performance programs to include more options than ever – including options for K-2 and 3-5!  This year, students going into Grades K-8 are eligible to participate in Berkeley Playhouse Fall/Winter Youth and professional shows.  Auditions for the Fall/Winter programs, both the July 15 and August 2 auditions,  will take place at the Julia Morgan Center for the Arts (2640 College Avenue, Berkeley), in Studio D of the Julia Morgan Annex.  See audition timesand details for your grade level by clicking below.  IMPORTANT:  Please sign-up online so we know you are coming by clicking on the link at the bottom of your grade level’s page.

TEEN APPRENTICES in CINDERELLA ENCHANTED

There are still a few teen apprenticeship roles in Cinderella. Teens in this education/performance program will attend a limited number of regular adult rehearsals and be in the ensemble of the show, as well as possibly performing smaller supporting roles and understudy roles.  The teens will be paired with a professional actor as their mentor during the process, helping to guide their learning, offer extra performance coaching and a question and answer session about their field and career. TEEN COMPANY/HIGH SCHOOL WINTER SHOW: Little Shop of Horrors!
