What are our Berkeley Playhouse friends up to?
Director Phil Lowery and Lamplighters Music Theatre will be staging The Mikado, Gilbert and Sullivan's greatest hit and arguably the most popular musical show in the history of the English language. Featuring an executioner who's too timid to kill a fly...a politician who can be bribed to do anything... a ruler who "lets the punishment fit the crime"...as alive and topical today as they were a century ago, and every bit as funny.
