1. WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT ME DOES PLAYHOUSE COLLECT?
You may provide Playhouse with two types of information during your visit to Playhouse’s website or your use of an Application.
Anonymous information Playhouse collects
Personal information that you voluntarily share with Playhouse
Anonymous or Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Playhouse automatically collects information from you when you visit Playhouse’s website, such as the search engine you used to access the Playhouse website, the previous websites you visited, the websites or advertisements you view or select, the type of Internet browser you use, the computer operating system you use, and your computer’s IP address. Playhouse may also collect information concerning your movie preferences, such as the movies for which you purchase tickets and the theatres in which you view those movies.
The Application may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, the operating system for your mobile device, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Playhouse may collect the mobile phone number you use to send Playhouse a text message, and the content of the message. When you send a text message to Playhouse, the incoming phone number, the wireless telecommunications service provider associated with the number and the date and time of the message will be logged by Playhouse.
Playhouse may also assign a unique identifying number, code, or both, to the computer or device that you use to visit or access an Playhouse website or Application, and Playhouse may collect demographic information, behavioral information, device type, carrier provider, unique device ID, UUID/UDID, carrier user ID, and traffic data with respect to the unique computer or device, during a particular web browsing session and over time. This information does not by itself identify you to Playhouse, but it may be unique or consist of information that you may consider to be personal.
Personally Identifiable Information.
2. HOW DOES PLAYHOUSE USE INFORMATION?
Playhouse uses personally identifiable information for the purpose for which you provided it, such as to fulfill your request for products, services or Data, to process and administer your contest or sweepstakes entry, to activate and maintain your online or Application account, and to allow you to participate in public areas of the Playhouse websites. Playhouse also uses personally identifiable information to notify you of changes to Playhouse’s websites, to provide you with entertainment news, e-mail offers, SMS text message offers and theatre ticket savings, to let you know about other products and services that may be of interest to you, and to tailor Playhouses online or in-store offerings to your preferences.
Playhouse uses anonymous information collected by its third party advertisers to serve you with advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Playhouse combines anonymous usage information collected from your visit to an Playhouse website or use of an Application with that of other users to determine which features and areas of the website or Application are most popular. By collecting and analyzing this information, Playhouse can improve the Playhouse websites and Applications. This aggregated information does not contain information personally associated with you.
Playhouse may also update and supplement personally identifiable information collected from you with other information that Playhouse obtains from third parties or from Playhouse’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
