Based on  the ancient Chinese tale of the legendary female warrior who hid her gender to save her family’s honor and ended up saving the Emperor from the invading Huns, Mulan Jr. will have you up on your feet in celebration of women, the fighting spirit, family honor and ancient Chinese culture.

Mulan Jr, is performed by Berkeley Playhouse Youth Company Junior Ensemble,  a professionally trained and directed music theatre troupe receiving hands-on instruction and experience in out Music Theatre Conservatory.

Please Note: some of the lead roles have been double cast, but all  members of the Junior Ensemble will be in each performance.
